General Information

 

 

 

Please continue to remind your child how important it is for them to have their hats at After School Care. Parents will be asked to provide a Sun Smart hat (ie. legionnaire, broard-brimmed or bucket hat) for their child and encourage them to wear it. (usually the school hat which covers face, neck, ears and crown of the head)

 

In the cooler months please make sure your child has a jumper or jacket as it gets quite cool early in the morning and late in the afternoons.

Please make sure you name all your child’s belongings

 

We currently have several children that attend our service who is subject to ANAPHYLAXIS.

We encourage all children not to bring food conatining any NUT products or eggs to the service., for example Nutella spreads as they contain Hazelnuts.

Educators would like to make all parents and children aware of our procedures with hand washing and bringing items into the service to eat at Before/After School Care & Vacation Care, to ensure the safety of all children.

We do encourage all children not to eat any Nut related  items whilst at the service. If you require any information regarding ANAPHYLAXIS please see Educators.

We are always looking for Art and Craft donations from our families as the children are always doing hands on activities.

 

• Large cardboard/packing (easy to cut)

• Cardboard boxes every shape and size (cereal, tissue ect.)

• Milk and soft drink bottles every shape and size

• Paper (Plain or coloured) including odd bits of wrapping paper

• Anything that can be used for arts and craft activies

 

All items will be greatly appreciated.
